  • We only allow dog owners to stay on the rare occasion that a dog has severe health problems, which prevents them from being mobile enough to stand, as well as sit safely. Furthermore, if a dog is extremely nervous and in serious cases, can not be left by their owner, under welfare grounds, they can stay.

  • Tuesday until Saturday, from 9am - 6pm.

  • We do offer appointments for nail clips, but strongly advise that you book in advance, as we are not always available to arrange a time frame on the day.

  • Our appointments are usually booked around two months in advance. We do offer a cancellation service, where a few contact details are taken in advance.

  • Our services are exclusively pre-booked, which means we can not provide walk in appointments, for full pampers on the day.
